Daily Rituals offers a simple and fair refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery. Refunds are credited to the original credit card used for the purchase, so it's recommended to keep that card handy. Follow our specific instructions for a smooth return process.

How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@shopdailyrituals.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns without an RA Number will not be accepted. If we made an error or the product arrived damaged, we'll provide a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and clearly write the RA Number on the outside of the box.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Keep the box and packing materials, and we'll guide you on how to return the item at our expense. We'll promptly replace the item for you.
